HOW TO SCORE 60+ IN PHYSICS BOARD EXAM?
PHYSICS! The name is kind of enough. Physics is no less than a nightmare for maximum of students. Physics exam is usually the toughest of all the papers as it based on practical and logical concepts. If you improve upon your logical & practical thinking, it’s no less than a walk in a park.
So here’s our approach that will lead you to score 60+ or may be even 70, it’s all dependent on you, how well you practice.
NCERT be the first and SL ARORA for the reference. Some students may find the language of NCERT tougher than usual so for them, they can refer for topics from the NCERT book and get the concept from SL ARORA. Getting the concept is the main aspect of physics.
- HOW TO STUDY FROM BOOKS?
Analyzing is the key here.
Take out all the sample papers from last 10 years and get the pattern of all the numerical that come in physics exam. You don’t need to do all the questions from NCERT. Do the solved ones but don’t do the unsolved ones, they are comparatively of higher level that won’t come in board.Do all the questions from the Reference book that have the similar pattern as the previous year question papers.
DO EVERY QUESTION AT LEAST 3 TIMES.
DERIVATIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT.
Do each and every derivation thoroughly with the respected diagrams. Do it by yourself at least 4-5 times.
Students tend to forget derivation on the main day as they don’t practice them much and they just mug it up. IT NEVER HELPS.
Derivations are directly from what you have studied so don’t lose marks on what you already know. Practice derivations thoroughly and understand the underlying concept.
- MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE FORMULAS
This step is extremely important; it’ll help you in a long run too. Make a separate list of all the formulas and keep it with you. Revise them once a day; it’ll do wonders for you.
- SOLVE SAMPLE PAPERS
I CAN’T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH ON HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS!
Solve last 10 years sample papers, THIS IS MUST. Solving sample papers is the key to score good in boards.
DO ALL THE QUESTIONS!
Specially emphasize on the last 4 year question papers and notice the trend in the type of questions that have come.
- CHAPTER WISE IMPORTANCE
Look into your syllabus and sample papers to analyse which chapters hold the most credit.
Start with the ones who hold the maximum marks and accordingly take on other chapters.
HOPE YOU DO WELL.
